  This has been a horrible experience that just won't end. First, my screen is covered by Otter and therefore being cracked was not why I brought it in. I had explained this to the, employee behind the counter while also telling him that my phone was having internal problems and also explained what it was doing. Not holding a charge, flipping screens, turning itself off, ECT. I was informed that they couldn't help me, I had to call the insurance company. I had to again, explain that the phone was not working to make a call. Blank stare. I asked to use tmobile's store phone, and was granted access. After completion of the call, I was asked for $150 in order for my new phone to be sent. The "new" phone doesn't work properly. The buttons don't respond most of the time. Screens change on their own. ECT. While speaking with a representative of the insurance company, I learned that my original phone's issues, being internal, should have been handled in store, that loss or damage was an insurance situation. Not only was I charged $150 That I should not have been, my new phone is not acceptable, and the insurance company is threatening to charge $950 because I haven't returned my old phone. I am extremely unhappy with this whole experience. I will be going to another location that has been given rave reviews this afternoon in hopes that this situation will be rectified.
