  Went to Wal-Mart and there was not one cashier. All self check out or scan and go! What ever happened to human interaction. Not only that I had to help the lady in front of me (not that I minded) and another elderly lady that was crying because she was going to have to leave her basket because she didn't know what to do. It's just so sad that we have come to rely on machines. Our society gotten so far away from humanity and its just plain sad. Teaching our younger generation a lazy lesson in working! Soon we will have robots to replace the workers on the floor. Walmart is so busy worring about the financial bottom line and padding their own pockets they forgot how treat people!

  I really love their grocery pickup!! It makes my life easier to be able to just stop by and pick things up. A few times they were missing important items that I requested. When I choose "substitution" when ordering, they will pick something close - like a different brand or different quantity - to try to give me what I want. Most of the time, it's something I would have chosen myself. When it's not, they just take it off my order. I usually choose raw meat cuts (steaks, roasts, or chicken) myself, because I'm a little picky; so I'll go in the store before I pickup my order. It's very nice for them to fill my car with groceries I shopped for online, so I don't have to take so much time in the store.
